Hello, I’m Sammy! In my new ‘normal’ life, you’ll often catch me baking in my kitchen for my loved ones, taking leisurely walks around the lanes on the edge of Dartmoor with my two Border Terriers, or cheering on my son from the sidelines of the rugby pitch!

I have been fascinated by the world of celebrants and it is a deeply rewarding vocation. As a celebrant, I am privileged to be a part of significant moments in the lives of those I serve, encompassing the joyous birth of a child, the union of a couple in marriage, and the sorrow of losing a loved one. Through all these experiences, the love we share for one another shines through.

With over three decades of experience as a teacher and school leader, I appreciate the value of each individual and utilise my strong communication skills to highlight their best qualities while ensuring they feel comfortable.

Though I may be small in stature, my heart is large, and I am dedicated to making everyone around me feel cherished and appreciated. My vibrant personality brings energy to every scenario, and I have the ability to read a room intuitively, adapting to different contexts and environments effortlessly.

For me, it’s all about fostering connections and ensuring everyone feels special.
